ILM Development Case Study

Focus On Change have designed a bespoke ILM Leadership Development Programme for 30 managers of a world leading developer and manufacturer of sophisticated vacuum products used in the manufacturing processes of semiconductors, flat panel displays, LEDs and solar cells.

The ILM Leadership Development Programme is fronted by a capability matrix to analyse the required behaviours for participants to succeed in their managerial roles and a 360’ professional evaluation.

Employees will be engaged in the programme for six months starting in September 2015 when the programme commences at an outdoor leadership centre providing participants with a highly engaging experiential learning experience linked to the outcomes of their ILM Leadership Development Programme.
